Writer's Letters
As we wrap up each inquiry, I ask, in addition to turning in your final paper, you submit a writer’s letter. In this letter, you should describe the choices you made as a writer and the processes you went through while writing and revising the paper. Your response can be short (around 400-500 words), but it should be thoughtful.
Some questions you may want to consider:
Include your letter in the same document as your final paper. In other words, you will only submit one file to the drop box. Writer's letters should accompany all final inquiries and are thus due on the same day.

- How did you approach this paper? What definitions/concepts did you employ during the writing process?
- What do you wish to accomplish in this paper?
- How do you want the reader to feel or think after reading your paper?
- Did you come to any new insights while writing/revising this paper?
- Did peer response or feedback from me change something in your writing? How?
- What difficulties did you encounter while writing/revising this paper?
